		<description>I think it&#039;s good that you admit you struggle cause I struggle too. You really can&#039;t be perfect and a leader at the same time.  If you try, it&#039;s unfair to your members. They aren&#039;t going to be perfect and will look up to you and will never be able to attain that.  I applaud you. XXOO</description>

		<description>I would add weights. It&#039;s a great way to get past a plateau, bumping up your metabolism for quite a while after you&#039;re done! Plus,. muscle burns fat, I know you know that! Keep up the good work!</description>

		<description>Careful as you kick it up a notch.  You don&#039;t want to further injure your calf.  These things take time to heal.  Good luck.

		<description>I wish that this journey was easy. . . unfortunately it is not. It is hard to struggle through days as a mom, wife, etc. and then to add healthy eating and exercise some days it makes us crazy.

I wish I had an opportunity to add swimming into my workout routine. I think that I would love it and it would be easier on my knees. Good luck with this addition to your workouts.
