Great to hear you live and in person!! And…I’m all for more fruits and veggies. I really do try to get several in each day, and you are so right – it just keeps that sluggish feeling “at bay”. And awesome work on your run!! Woohoo!!
Yay! Loved your vlog and loved hearing what the fruits and veggies are doing for you! I’ve been averaging 6 servings of fruits and veggies, but I need to step it up. I’m SO close to my first big goal of losing 20 lbs and I KNOW that will help! Thanks for your encouragement to do just that!
