Hi! And welcome to my blog. I’m Janice – a
CANADIAN mom of 3 little princesses (ages 6, 4 & 1). Last year I lost 25lbs of pregnancy "baby weight" and I'm now working on maintaining that weight loss through healthy eating and regular exercise (I run half marathons and am hoping to return to doing triathlons this summer). When I'm not blogging I run, drink strong coffee, and drink ice cold beer.

Yay! Loved your vlog and loved hearing what the fruits and veggies are doing for you! I’ve been averaging 6 servings of fruits and veggies, but I need to step it up. I’m SO close to my first big goal of losing 20 lbs and I KNOW that will help! Thanks for your encouragement to do just that!
