    Yay! Loved your vlog and loved hearing what the fruits and veggies are doing for you! I’ve been averaging 6 servings of fruits and veggies, but I need to step it up. I’m SO close to my first big goal of losing 20 lbs and I KNOW that will help! Thanks for your encouragement to do just that!

Focus on correct form. If you are unable to use proper, safe form when performing an exercise then you probably are using weights that are too heavy. Choose a size that allows you to train with correct form.
