Welcome to my blog!
Hi! And welcome to my blog. I’m Janice – a CANADIAN mom of 3 little princesses (ages 6, 4 & 1). Last year I lost 25lbs of pregnancy "baby weight" and I'm now working on maintaining that weight loss through healthy eating and regular exercise (I run half marathons and am hoping to return to doing triathlons this summer). When I'm not blogging I run, drink strong coffee, and drink ice cold beer.
