Hey guys, since it’s almost the official first day of Fall, I thought that for today’s blogging challenge topic we’d share our favourite fall workouts. In my opinion, there really is no better time of the year to workout outside than the fall, so because of this I actually have three activities to share:
- Running– while I love running in almost any season, fall running has got to be one of my favourites. I love the smell in the air, the crunch of the leaves under my feet, not to mention the beautiful colours!
- Nike Training Club – The Nike Training Club is an iPhone app that leads you through a pretty vigorous, low equipment workout. You can choose workouts that focus on strength, and others that focus on cardio. I love doing these workouts at the park while supervising the kiddos. - Outdoor Bootcamp– very similar to the Nike Training Club but done as a group. Here’s a great workout that can be done with a few of your co-workers at lunch in a nearby park:
