It’s May and summer (READ: bathing suits, sorts and tank tops) is coming… FAST!
Last week I wasn’t as active as I felt I should be. I only “worked out” 3 times, and those 3 times took all of the motivation I had to get out. I won’t make excuses, instead I’m going to look to the future , so I’ve embarked on a personal challenge…
I’m going to #DOSOMETHING active everyday for at least 20 min in May!
Yesterday (Sunday) I ran for 20 min, and this morning I had an early morning fullbody circuit training session with my friend at the gym. I’m on my way!

Oh I know you’re hearing about this a day or two late. Maybe you’ve already been active, maybe you weren’t. Either way, you can still join me!
There are only 2 rules to this challenge:
- Do something active for AT LEAST 20min. (3 min of jumping jacks doesn’t count – it has to be at least 20 min).
- It has to be something you don’t normally do. For instance: I walk to pick up my oldest daughter from school 3 times a week… that doesn’t count. It has to be something out of my ordinary routine.
