Wow! At the end of Sunday night week #1 of the Healthy Challenge is finished! How did everyone do? Did you meet your 7-8 servings/day of fruits and veggies? Please send me the number of days you were able to eat your 7-8 servings before Mamavation Monday on MingleTV at 10 PM est time Monday Night, so that either I, or Leah can announce this week's winner of the SIGG Water Bottle!

    I made it 8 serving each day, but the best part was that it is becoming a habbit! I know that there are days that I got 10 serving in. I am loving this challenge so much. I feel better, and we are eatting better as a family! :)

  5. Same as me with the habit thing! Have been just crabbing a fruit or veggie when wanting a snack and it feels GREAT!!
