Hey guys! How did you do with Sunday’s handstand push up challenge? I’ve been having a lot of fun with the kiddos trying to improve…
Today’s challenge in the 31 Days to a Healthier You series is nutritional:

Why green tea? It tastes great and…
- Green tea has a high content of flavonoids — plant-derived compounds that are antioxidants.
- Green tea is the best food source of a group called catechins. In test tubes, catechins are more powerful than vitamins C and E in halting oxidative damage to cells and appear to have other disease-fighting properties.
- Studies have found an association between consuming green tea and a reduced risk for several cancers, including, skin, breast, lung, colon, esophageal, and bladder.
- Some studies suggest that green tea aids in weight loss.
Those four reasons are good enough for me! Will you join me in having a mug of green tea?

Spot on Janice!
I drink dandelion tea, oolong tea, and green tea almost everyday. Fore what it’s worth, here’s something I wrote about teas in November of last year:

Hi Janice
I used to drink green tea every day and then just lost the habit.
But you’ve reminded me of how much I used to enjoy it.. and I am remembering that I’ve got a packet of some good quality Chinese Green Tea in my special tea caddy at the back of my cupboard – I’m off to find it and have a brew!
How relieved I feel to know that I am about to complete today’s challenge so easily and enjoyably
Keep up the good work!! I’m loving it!
