Fitness Cheerleader is not just another Fitness Blog – it’s a site for Mom’s just like you and I – Mom’s struggling to lose those few last pounds of baby weight, struggling to eat healthy, struggling to be a positive role model for our children. We’re not really lazy – we’re just lacking motivation, lacking time, and lacking energy to do what we know we must do to live a healthy life. It’s not that we don’t want to be fit and healthy – we just need a cheerleader to help us in finding quick and easy ways to incorporate health and fitness into our lives.
Fitness Cheerleader is authored by myself, Janice Smith. I’m a working mom of two dynamic little girls (ages 4 and 2) , and my hubby travels a lot for work, so like you I have very little time to fit fitness into my life. I have a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and a Certificate in Athletic Therapy, so you can be sure that the information I share with you is based on scientific facts ’cause that’s just how I roll.
